Hi! I’m Emily. Welcome to His Words, My Delight, where I share the words I write as I process God’s words.

I work as a librarian and a church secretary, and I have taught a children’s Bible class for many years. I like to read and write and play video games, and I knit and crochet; I’m on a one-woman mission to make handicrafts a socially acceptable way to keep your hands busy. I like children and chickens and theology, pop punk rock and a good soup. There is never too much chocolate.
